Booking terms at Bastide du Levant

To ensure that your stay takes place in the best conditions in the Bay of Saint-Tropez, Bastide du Levant in Sainte-Maxime puts at your disposal all the necessary conditions to spend your holidays in peace.

• Arrival / departure

  Arrivals and departures any day of the week based on availability.
  Rentals will be available from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and must be vacated between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

• Booking

  Any reservation request is held for 72 hours until the first payment by check or bank transfer.
  You must return to us a completed and signed Reservation Contract. Upon receipt of the Deposit, the reservation becomes final.
  Payment for stays from 7 nights: 30% deposit upon booking, a second payment of 30% 2 months before arrival, and the balance of the stay 15 days before arrival.
  Payment for stays ≤ 6 nights: 50% upon booking and the balance of the stay 50% 15 days before arrival or the day of arrival at the latest in cash.

• Cancelation

  In case of cancellation of your stay, the deposit paid on booking are non-refundable. 30% or 50% are definitely acquired by the establishment. Other payments made will be refundable up to 60 days before arrival.
  COVID-19: The health crisis we are going through is unprecedented. Also, we inform you that if the Government decides to reconfine and / or proceed with an administrative closure before the start of your stay, a REFUND of the sums paid will be made IN FULL. As such, no compensation can be requested. You can therefore BOOK WITH PEACE OF MIND.
  Optional tenant cancellation insurance with the Adar site , governed by the insurance code:
  With Adar, go confident on vacation! You book in advance the destination of your holidays. In the meantime, many events such as illness, death, economic redundancy ... can occur, preventing you from going to your vacation spot or requiring you to interrupt them. The deposit or the entire rental paid will not be refunded. Adar covers the consequences of these events!

• Payment

  Payments can only be made by bank transfer 15 days prior arrival or with cash on the day of arrival at the latest, for the delivery of the keys.
  We do not take credit cards : NO CREDIT CARD (NO CB).
  All bank transfers are to be made to payable to Barbara Delattre.

• Deposit

  Deposits for rentals (We do not take credit cards):
  Bedroom: 300 € | Apartment/Studio: 600 €
  The rental security deposit is due on arrival at the time of handing over the keys. The deposit will be refunded on your departure day after inspection. Renters are asked to show proof of liability insurance that would cover potential damages to the property, if necessary.

• Mandatory Cleaning Fee

  A “Covid special” cleaning will be done before your arrival:
  Bedroom: 50 € / stay | Apartment: 80 € / stay | Studio: 70 € / stay

• Tourist taxes

  Tourist tax in extra to pay per adult aged 18 and over :
  Bedroom: 1,15 € / day / adult | Apartment/Studio: 2,16 € / day / adult

• Linen

  Sheets are included in the price (change possible at extra charge on request).
  Towels are included for 3 and 4 nights.
  A “Towel” pack (a bath sheet, a hand towel, a glove) is available for a fee for 5 nights or more.
  There are no beach towels available for rental.

• Included in the price

  Water and electricity included.
  Sheets are included for the stay (except changes on request, see services).
  Maintenance products for daily household cleaning.

• A few rules to follow

  It is forbidden to use your towels outside the property.
  It is forbidden to cook inside the rooms. The “Plancha” must be used outdoors only.
  Pets are no longer allowed.
